Teresa is an encyclopaedic review of spirituality. It is issued by the Maltese Carmelite Teresian Family every three months with a specific theme every year and a special number containing a selection of talks delivered at its Teresian Spirituality Centre and at the Carmelite Institute Malta.

Teresa is directed to whoever, moved by grace, wants to go through life by fulfilling whatever God plans, not least by adhering to friendship with him and by opening up to a life of service in fellowship. All this by way of what Teresa of Jesus accomplished in her familiarity with God while maintaining a deep sense of belonging to the Church and her times.
